Jason Alston

Myopractor / Movement Specialist
Creator of the Life Is Motion Newsletter

I'm here to help you move and feel better — not by overhauling your entire lifestyle, but by giving you practical tools you can actually use. My focus is mobility, body awareness, and tension relief, shared through a blend of hands-on experience and real-world education.

My background is in manual therapy, with advanced training in myopractics, visceral and neural manipulation, kinesiology taping, and other movement-based techniques. But I've found that what made the biggest difference for my clients wasn’t just what happened in a session — it was how they took care of themselves between sessions. That’s what led me to start creating digital tools, guides, and education to help people move better, recover faster, and feel more in control of their bodies.

I’m also a husband, a dad, and someone who deeply values faith in Jesus Christ. That part of my life shapes how I show up — in my work, my relationships, and the way I try to live with purpose. I find peace in the outdoors and have a soft spot for hiking, campfires, and music (I grew up doing musicals and still love to sing, though mostly just at church these days).

The Life Is Motion newsletter is where I share weekly tips on mobility, flexibility, and how to feel more connected to your body — whether you’re in pain, trying to stay loose, or simply aiming to feel a little more alive. If that sounds like something that would support you, I’d love for you to follow along.
